Wither

Shrink and shiver
Watch her wither
Day by day she goes her way
Into the waste
Into the waste
To burn and cower
Beneath the sun’s glower

Shake and shiver
Let her wither
Crippled crone
Her reaching claws and sunken eyes
Let her wither
Leave her hither

Burn her house of bone
Burn this hideous old crone
And free you’ll be
Finally
