The Faceless Guardian / Concealed

Deep beneath the Lukiyami
Hides the beautiful botruchy
With hide like iron and claws glassy
She prowls the tomb of Horumi

Queen of night with treasures bright
Horumi’s corpse yet shines so white
There beneath Lukiyami’s site
Where adventurer’s test their might.

In the deep dark there’s no escape
Only boruchy’s jaws agape
Sightless and unknown neath dark’s drape
She lies in wait in Night’s hellscape

The Dim Meteor / Bloom

See them reach towards the skies
A field of blossoms spread wide
Reds and greens, a feast for eyes
Like a flowing rainbow tide

Look, raise your eyes to heaven
High above and far away
burning green, a falling wren
Barely there, she squints, a stray

The Broken Sea / Rot

Where the land breaks through the sea
Along the way to Galilee
That’s where you’ll belong to me
On the land between the sea

God’s body rose to tower high
Promising salvation nigh
Only to fall down with a cry
To form this land beneath the sky

God’s body rots but there we’ll meet
Your hand in mine so full of heat
I lay thee down, mercy sweet
And there at last our bodies greet

The Gate of Silence / Lace

Don’t look now
Don’t go fast
There’s the gate none shall pass

Don’t you cry
Don’t even lie
Past that gate you’ll die at last

On you go
Don’t look back
We’ll mourn you come Michaelmas
